Genius Hour Research

After brainstorming ideas for the Genius Hour project, I have narrowed it down to my final option, being the idea of exploring another dimension in our three-dimensional world, and researching the realm of psychology behind further theories. The reasoning behind why I am so intrigued by this topic was due to watching the movie "Interstellar", which inspired me to research information on my own because of my strong interest in the present theories.

Three driving questions:
1. Have scientists discovered a dimension beyond our 3-dimensional world?
2. What steps have to be made to discover another perspective of the world?
3. Who initially came up with the idea of there being another dimension besides 1D, 2D, and 3D?

Three experts:
1. Christopher Nolan- Writer/ director of "Interstellar": Christopher Nolan is an expert at this topic considering he is the creator of the movie, which went beyond the realm of science and defied reality.
2. Albert Einstein- Scientist; Albert Einstein is an expert at this topic because he came up with the theory of general relativity and has discovered information about black holes and wormholes, which can lead to another dimension.
3. William James, an American philosopher and psychologist, has discovered a 'multi universe', meaning there is a parallel universe.

  2. If you look at a photograph of a black hole, you actually see nothing. Only way to indicate that there is a black hole is to look for a sign like total darkness and fading lights. I thought it was interesting that you want to explore astronomy, who knows? you might actually find the answer to the black hole mystery. GOOD LUCK!
